Ms. Sperling Leonard attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with honors in Spanish and Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate years, she studied in the Dominican Republic. She then received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. Ms. Sperling Leonard completed her undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees in an accelerated five-and-a-half years.

Ms. Sperling Leonard is a fierce proponent of the rights of all of her clients and is known for her passionate advocacy of both native English and Spanish speakers, as well as native speakers of many other languages. The valuable insights she gained from working in insurance defense throughout law school have proven beneficial on a daily basis when sparring with insurance companies. Ms. Sperling Leonard is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice.
