Attorney Charles Zuluaga

Languages: English and Spanish

Attorney Charles Zuluaga focuses on representing individuals who have been involved in personal injury matters; specifically, victims of both car and motorcycle crashes, dog bites/attacks, slip and falls, and assaults. Despite the legal complexities of personal injury cases, Charles has successfully helped his clients navigate through their case, which can be a long, tedious, and complicated process.

Prior to his legal career, Charles was born in Houston, TX, lived in Colombia for four years, and in 1996 put down roots in Minneapolis, MN. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2007 from the University of Minnesota Duluth, with a major in Sociology and minor in Psychology. In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Charles’s work experience has influenced his personal injury practice; previously worked as a legal assistant and Spanish interpreter at multiple personal injury law firms. There he extensively interacted with clients and assisted on their cases from beginning to end. This experience helped him understand first-hand the pain and suffering that clients experience after an injury in an accident. After college, he became a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, where he managed and worked on hundreds of cases. These prior roles helped him appreciate client’s issues after an injury, and how to effectively confront insurance companies on his client’s behalf.

As a result of his background and experience, Charles is now a tenacious and compassionate advocate for his clients and has been able to ensure the maximum recovery and compensation for them; many of his settlements have been in the six-figure range and above.
