Attorney Profile

st paul injury lawyer Attorney Isaac Tyroler

Languages: English

Attorney Isaac Tyroler has been a strong advocate for injured people his entire legal career. He has a passion for righting wrongs, and he deeply cares about representing injured clients who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to navigate the legal system. He is compassionate toward clients and aggressive with insurance companies and defendants.

“Nothing feels better to me than the moment I see how happy a client is with the results. Whether it’s the amount of money they receive, or they just realize that I’m deeply concerned about them as a person, nothing is more satisfying than having those final conversations with a client I helped. I love to see their happiness after they’ve walked through a hard part of their life.”

After graduating cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009, Isaac clerked for the Honorable David R. Battey, where he gained valuable experience in the civil court system. After the clerkship, Isaac began representing injured victims in 2011 and has not stopped fighting for them since. He has been chosen as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2017 for his work representing victims of car crashes, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and a wide range of other personal injuries. He is on the elected Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association of Justice (MAJ), the top personal injury lawyers’ group in Minnesota. He is currently the chair of MAJ’s legislative committee.

“When I was clerking for a judge after law school, I saw how many people struggled to navigate the legal system, even those with lawyers. Both in the civil and criminal realm, it felt like justice wasn’t always achieved in the way I thought it should be. It was then I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to making sure people had quality representation to help them get the justice they deserve.”

Isaac is frequently asked to speak and chair seminars educating other attorneys on Minnesota personal injury issues. He has chaired seminars examining Minnesota car accidents, Minnesota wrongful death, subrogation, and Minnesota no-fault insurance. He has been asked to speak at numerous other seminars. He is an excellent communicator both among his legal peers and with his clients.

“Our law firm is about open and honest communication. Everything starts with that. I constantly hear horror stories about other attorneys never being available and then when they are, promising things to clients and not following through. I and my staff are committed to being continuously available to our clients, and we set proper expectations by being honest, thorough, and aggressive.”

Before law, Isaac grew up in Milwaukee and moved to Minnesota to go to college. He went to Hamline University, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in psychology. He was a four-year starter on the baseball team, three-time Academic All-Conference selection, and captain as a senior. Isaac is deeply committed to his local community.

“We donate to Toys for Tots every holiday season. We sponsor numerous local events, including school auctions and community sports. We are currently running a monthly monetary reward to local teachers who exhibit passion and dedication to the profession.”

In his personal life, Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, and two beautiful children. In the past, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
